By activating a Dhruv card, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.

1. Service Description

Dhruv provides emergency identity cards (physical PVC card + digital profile) that display your medical information and trigger alerts to family, ambulance services, hospitals and insurance TPAs when your card is scanned or NFC tapped during an emergency.

Important: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of medical information on your Dhruv card. Incorrect blood group, allergy or medication information could harm you. Always verify information after entering it.

By checking the Emergency Data Sharing Consent checkbox, you authorize Dhruv to:

You may withdraw this consent at any time from your dashboard. Withdrawal means clinical data will not be shared with hospitals or TPAs during emergencies — only your family will be notified.

If your card is lost or stolen, immediately deactivate it from your dashboard. Dhruv is not responsible for unauthorized scans of a lost or stolen card before deactivation.

The Dhruv name, logo, platform design and hospital database are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction or copying is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dhruv provides a best-effort emergency notification service. We are not liable for failure of alerts due to network issues, third-party service outages, or incorrect contact details. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your Dhruv plan.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
