No. The physical card needs no battery or internet. It works with any phone camera. Internet is only needed on the bystander's phone to load your profile.
QR auto-fill works when you scan directly on your phone browser. If you are on a laptop, the Card ID will not auto-fill. Simply find your Card ID printed on the back of your Dhruv card and type it manually.
Login to your dashboard and deactivate the lost card instantly. Order a new blank card and activate it — your profile transfers automatically.
Yes. Login to dhruv.in anytime to update blood group, contacts, insurance or any other detail. Changes reflect immediately on the next scan.
Yes. All data is encrypted and stored in India as per DPDP Act 2023. Only emergency information is visible during a scan. Full details require authentication.
Yes. Insurance details are optional. Even without insurance, the card alerts family, shares location, dispatches ambulance and displays medical data to paramedics.
When bystander taps emergency, Dhruv notifies the nearest third party ambulance service with your location and medical data. The ambulance is dispatched to the accident location immediately.
